MARYSIA ABBOTT
Human Factors, Ergonomics & UX

Advancing human-centred AI and the educational systems that shape how people work.
My perspective began with graphic design, where I was drawn to creating experiences that help people connect, learn, and navigate everyday platforms. Through consulting, that interest grew into a more systemic view of user experience and how products and services show up in real contexts. This path led me into human factors and ergonomics, where I explored cognitive psychology and deepened my understanding of how people think and decide within the sociotechnical systems that shape modern work, education, and wellbeing.
Today my work sits at the intersection of human factors, UX, and AI in education and organisations, with a focus on technologies that support wellbeing, agency, and collective capability rather than replacing human judgement and growth.
